Sally Armstrong is the CEO of PRAXIS Australia and an experienced executive leader, facilitator, coach and leadership development professional with more than 20 years’ experience supporting individuals, teams and organisations to achieve meaningful and sustainable change.

Her career spans executive leadership, organisational development, education, talent management and professional development across global organisations  and the not-for-profit sector. Throughout her career, Sally has designed and delivered leadership and talent development programs, supported emerging and senior leaders, and helped professionals navigate career transitions, workplace challenges and leadership opportunities.

Alongside her executive leadership responsibilities, Sally provides executive and leadership coaching for professionals seeking greater clarity, confidence and effectiveness in their careers and leadership journeys. Her coaching draws on extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, coaching and organisational growth.  She is skilled at helping individuals navigate change, unlock potential and achieve meaningful professional outcomes.

Esma Vorrasi is an experienced clinical research professional, educator and facilitator with qualifications in Health and Medical Sciences and extensive experience supporting professional development and capability building across the research sector.

Prior to joining PRAXIS Australia, Esma worked as a Clinical Research Associate across Phase I, II and III clinical trials in pharmaceutical, contract research and government settings. Her experience within complex and highly regulated environments provides valuable insight into the challenges professionals face as they develop their careers and navigate workplace change.

At PRAXIS, Esma works closely with participants, facilitators and organisations to support learning, professional development and career growth. She is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, develop capability and achieve their professional goals.

  • Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences
  • Extensive experience in clinical research and trial management
  • Clinical Research Associate experience across Phase I–III clinical trials
  • Experience supporting professional development and capability building across the research sector
