Marilyn is a qualified scientist with R&D experience in the purification of snake venom neurotoxins for clinical therapeutic use, proteoglycan analysis and cancer research. Her recruitment journey commenced in 1998, the year that GOOGLE started.
Marilyn has been running her own company now for over 10 years focused on the clinical research, science, Biotech, Medtech and broader regulated healthcare sectors.
She brings over 30 years’ experience in these sectors working with individuals on their own job search strategy and personal career development including the development of the bespoke mexec jobstrategy™ and interview training programs.
As Founder and Managing Director of mexec she assists clients from start-ups to multinationals on their recruiting requirements and building out their teams.
Sally Armstrong – CEO, PRAXIS
Sally is a skilled leader, project and partnerships director with over 25 years of experience working across Australian and global government, industry and academic organisations. Her experience spans diverse sectors including education, training, biotech, science, health and the pharmaceutical sectors.
Sally is CEO of PRAXIS Australia overseeing the design and delivery of training solutions for the clinical trials, research and research ethics sectors. Sally is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and holds a Master of Education, Bachelor of Arts and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
