Training Solutions
Consultancy Services
PRAXIS provides a Consultancy and Advisory service for research and clinical trials organisations across a range of areas. We provide advice in the areas of organisational educational needs/gap analysis, training course design and build, HREC service and process review, research design and pre-ethics protocol reviews.
Our services are individually tailored to suit the needs of our clients and are supported by expert external Consultants in collaboration with our own team of highly skilled and experienced staff.
Organisational Training Needs Analysis
A skills gap analysis can help your organisation to strategically identify where training and skills gaps exist. In an evolving research environment, this can help you to optimise hire planning and to better understand how and where training can help your organisation to achieve its objectives. We’ll provide a detailed evaluation of current skills and services against needs, and work with you to co-develop effective strategies to help you reach your future goals.
Course Design and Build
PRAXIS helps organisations to design and build bespoke education and training models to support their organisational objectives or to help them to create their own revenue generating business models, leveraging our expertise and educational content. We have co-designed new Tertiary education products for Go8 and other academic partners from Undergraduate, through to Masters level qualifications, rapidly and seamlessly. We also work with a diverse range of non-academic organisations to help them to build their training models, that can be hosted on our fully supported LMS, or linked to yours.
HREC Process Review
The Human Research Ethics sector in Australia is complex and diverse. Institutions and their Ethics Committees have sought the expert guidance of PRAXIS to help them to assess their current practice, in an effort to better understand ways to improve the quality, rigour and efficiency of the services they provide to their researchers. Our Consultants and internal experts help HRECs to identify process gaps and build solutions in compliance with local regulatory guidance and the unique needs of their own research environment.
